Welcome to Tasting France.

After four successful and exciting years running our cooking courses here in the Charente we feel it's time for a change.

This beautiful corner of France has many edible riches from the land and sea and our new gastronomic weekends will be a unique opportunity to experience some of the foodie treasures in this hidden region.

Also this year we will be offering bespoke cookery days. Come as a group or on your own and you can decide the content of the day. We will also be welcoming families and groups of friends during the summer months for cooking days in our summer kitchen beside the river.

While we cook up a storm non cooks can swim, canoe up river or just soak up the sun and enjoy the food that has been cooked with a glass or two of wine. We can even offer accommodation if you would like to prolong your visit.
