We warmly welcome small groups of guests to give them a taste of real France while sharing our knowledge and passion for cooking and eating with the seasons.

We are very flexible and can offer one-to-one days or groups of up to four in our light and airy specially designed kitchen. This is a hands-on cookery school so we can tailor each day to suit you. Recent courses have included bread and pastry days, patisserie workshops and summer buffet parties.

We are also continuing to offer family days during the summer months where some of the group can choose to cook - in our riverside summer kitchen if the weather is fine - while others can swim, explore the river by canoe or simply soak up the sun. At the end of the day everyone can enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass or two of wine. Children are especially welcome to participate in these special days. Tell us what you would like included in your day and we will design the day just for you.

As well as learning some fabulous new recipes that you will want to recreate at home there will be plenty of tips, short cuts and advice on menu planning, shopping, preparing ahead and presentation, all enjoyed in an utterly relaxed and informal environment.
