TASTING FRANCE DAY COURSES 2010
We are delighted to offer you a range of day courses throughout the year and we hope there will be plenty to tempt you. We use local, seasonal or home grown produce wherever possible in all our recipes, including herbs and vegetables grown in our garden. Day courses start at 10am with an introduction over coffee, then we spend the morning in the cook school kitchen, stopping for lunch with wine before continuing the afternoon session with a cookery demonstration and more hands-on cooking. You will go home with a dish to share with family or friends and the price includes a folder of recipes.
All day courses are 125 euros except the Christmas baking and Christmas dinner Party courses which are 140 euros to cover the higher ingredients costs.
As we are a small cook school we are able to offer tailor made courses for 1 or 2, including an overnight stay. Please email for more details and prices.
