This year we are introducing an exciting new course that fits perfectly into the Tasting France ethic of learning new skills in a relaxed atmosphere.
In tune with the current zeitgeist we are offering courses that have been specifically created for those of you who are particularly interested in food photography.
We will be working in conjunction with the award-winning and hugely experienced food photographer Roger Stowell , and will be running the courses from an elegant manoir situated in the heart of the Charente countryside, a biscuit's toss from the ancient city of Angouleme.
The aim of the course is to improve your knowledge of the use of natural light in food photography whilst we show you some of the secrets that make food pictures in glossy magazines and best selling books so appealing.
The price of the 5 night course will include all tuition, accommodation in the manoir with breakfasts, light lunches, one dinner at the manoir, two evening meals at carefully chosen local restaurants, a market visit and a day of photography at Mary Cadogan's riverside home, which will include cooking in her wood-fired oven, and dinner. One evening will be free, when you can choose where to eat.
