After four successful and exciting years running our cooking courses here in the Charente we feel it's time for a change.

This beautiful corner of France has many edible riches from the land and sea and our new gastronomic weekends will be a unique opportunity to experience some of the foodie treasures in this hidden region.

Also this year we will be teaming up with top food photographer Roger Stowell to offer two 5 night courses in the art of digital food photography.
