Welcome to my cookery school, a special place to discover new culinary skills and recipes you’ll want to cook again and again.

Since moving to the Charente, one of the most unspoilt regions of France, my cooking has been inspired by the superb seasonal produce that arrives in our local market fresh each day. I would love to share that passion with you.

Join me and my husband in our beautiful village house by the river Charente for a few days spent Tasting France - learning new dishes and techniques, shopping in traditional food markets and visiting local artisan food producers. Then, at the end of each day, relax and make new friends over a delicious dinner, served with a glass or two of French wine, of course.

Our courses are hands-on, with never more than a handful of like-minded guests, so we can tailor them to make the most rewarding use of your time. There will always be time to relax during your holiday too, ensuring you feel at home from the moment you arrive until we say our fond farewells.
